so many colors, yet feels so dark.
I love this style, I think it brings out some of the personalities of the characters, however, I do think shape is a bit off on this one, the car being an example. It looks a bit odd in shape and quite messy at times. Great job overall

I like the brush used. Perhaps pay more attention to shapes, some of them look a bit weird.

I used a flat chalk brush somewhere I found for photoshop. xD
Yeh, when I tried to do the details and different colors of the fur, I kinda lost the form and shapes.

Nice! Sadly it doesn't pop out and kinda just blends in with the background. So perhaps try outlining or just using more color complexity.
